Behind every reservation, every guest message, every carefully prepared stay, and every little detail is a real person who truly cares. Caron’s Condos is more than a vacation rental business to me. It is a piece of my heart, built with faith, hard work, love for the beach, and a genuine desire to help guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for.

My family and I live in a peaceful rural community in East Alabama, where we enjoy the slower pace of country life, quiet mornings, and watching wildlife around our property. But when our hearts need the water, we find ourselves drawn back to the beautiful Gulf Coast of Panama City Beach, Florida.

How Caron’s Condos Began

For 25 years, I worked with the Cleburne County Board of Education while also helping with our family business. Over time, I discovered how much I loved creating spaces where people could relax, gather, and make memories.

After retiring in 2015, I was able to devote my time more fully to hosting and caring for our beach homes. What began as a love for Panama City Beach grew into something much more meaningful — a way to share the peace, beauty, and joy of the Gulf with others.

Caron’s Condos was created from that heart. Not as a big company. Not as a faceless rental listing. But as a personally hosted beach experience where guests are treated with kindness, attention, and care.

Our love for Panama City Beach began on our very first visit.

The sugar-white sand, emerald Gulf waters, beautiful sunsets, and laid-back coastal feeling captured our hearts right away. Over the years, Panama City Beach has become more than a destination to us — it has become a place of rest, renewal, family memories, and peaceful moments by the water.

What we love most is that Panama City Beach offers something for everyone. You can enjoy quiet mornings on the balcony, long beach days in the sun, wonderful restaurants, shopping, family-friendly activities, and evenings that end with the sound of the waves.
